We offer DHL and Deutsche Post shipping options, which takes 2-4 business days.

Deutsche Post: Small orders ship in padded envelope. No insured shipping.
DHL: No insured shipping. Please ask for insured shipping.

International

We offer the DHL and Deutsche Post shipping option, which takes different amounts of time depending on the destination. We recommend DHL, as audio documents in Deutsche Post letters are in a legal grey area.

Package lost?

If you miss a package or there are other issues with the shipment, please let us know immediately and we’ll try to help you. Please write an e-mail to info@tapeinvader.com including your order ID and a short description of the problem.

Bandcamp digital download code

All of our releases include a free digital download code that can be redeemed at tapeinvader.bandcamp.com/yum.

We provide digital download codes with all our releases.

If you have ​purchased in our stores (Bandcamp or on our website), we provide a Bandcamp digital download code.

If you purchased an item in our webshop..

..we hand over the download codes with the purchased item. You should receive it with your package.

If your product does not have a download code, please let us know at info@tapeinvader.com and we’ll take care of it.

If your goods have not arrived yet, please write an e-mail and we will send you a code asap.

Unfortunately, no. We lack the time and capacity to accept external orders.

Unfortunately, the production of cassettes and vinyls is not free of pollutants and polluting processes.

However, we try to avoid packaging waste wherever possible. Our print products are all climate neutral. Climate neutral printing refers to the compensation of so-called greenhouse gases that have arisen in the production of a print product.
