Shipping Methods

Germany

We offer Hermes, DHL and Deutsche Post shipping options, which takes 2-4 business days.

• Deutsche Post:
  Small orders ship in padded envelope. No insured shipping.
• DHL:
  Packages with shipping prices from 6€ are insured up to 500€ and tracking IDs will be provided.
• Hermes:
  All packages are insured up to 500€. You can lookup package through tracking ID.

International

We offer Deutsche Post and DHL shipping option for destinations outside Germany.

• Deutsche Post:
  Small orders ship in padded envelope. No insured shipping.
• DHL:
  Packages are insured up to 500€ and tracking ID will be provided.

Package lost?

If you miss a package or there are other issues with the shipment, please let us know immediately and we’ll take care of it. Please write an e-mail to info@tapeinvader.com including your order ID and a short description of the problem.
